Asi que me vine a casa antes de ir a la audi, y hacerle el auto scan. Los dos del módulo 46 son que la tapa del depósito de combustible se queda abierta cuando el coche está cerrado, y que se queda cerrado cuando el coche está abierto. Es fallo del motorcillo de la tapa, le ha pasado a bastante gente, es un repuesto barato y no es complicado cambiarlo: http://www.audisport-iberica.com/foro/topic/251720-brico-cambiar-motor-de-la-tapa-de-combustible/ El del módulo 01 y que hace que aparezca el simbolito amarillo en el salpicadero está relacinado con el sensor G450 que está antes de la EGR. Aquí ya hay varias teorías, cambiar el sensor y hacer una regeneración forzada o solo cambiar el sensor. Puede ser que con el vagcom hayas deshabilitado algo que en realidad tiene el coche, o puede ser que la batería empiece a fallar. Mira a ver si puedes comprobar el nivel.
