  3. Hello, I'm Pino from Italy and I'm interested on this modification. I own a June 2008 A4 Avant with these data on module 46: Address 46: Central Conv. (J393) Labels: 8K0-907-064-46.clb Part No SW: 8K0 907 064 N HW: 8K0 907 064 N Component: BCM2 1.1 H70 0134 Revision: 00002001 Serial number: 0110737336 Coding: 0100062020390454032002 Shop #: WSC 06325 000 00000 VCID: 3B7EB21A030D Part No SW: 8K0 959 591 HW: 8K0 959 591 Component: J245 PS124 H06 0036 Part No SW: 8K0 959 591 HW: 8K0 959 591 Component: J394 PS220 H06 0036 Can someone help me? 4. Hello friends, I think that you need to activate TMPS to install Hill Hold Assist. I suggest you to do in this manner, that is how I did. Make a scan to identify the ABS module model and if it is one of these: 8K0 614 517 CN -8K0 907 379 AJ - 8K0 614 517 BM-8K0 907 379 T-8K0 614 517 CJ-8K0 907 379 AH -8K0 614 517 DG-8K0 907 379 AQ, try to activate TPMS following this tutorial: Warning: This is only for MMI basic(symphony/concert radio) and 1AS ABS pump, non MMI 2G or 3G : Step 1 [56 - Radio]-> [Coding - 07] -> Long Coding Helper -> Byte 8 Bit 6 0 to 1 Step 2 Enable ABS Brake controller [03 - ABS Brakes] [security Access - 16] Enter Security Code Select Ok and move onto the coding. [Coding - 07]-> Long Coding Helper Set Byte 1 Bit 3 from 0 to 1 Or "check" Tire Pressure Monitoring (PR-7K6) Once you completed the coding click Exit on the top left of the screen. You will now be brought back to the long coding screen: Select "Do It!" and you are complete the ABS coding. If the coding fails and you receive this message double check your coding. If it is correct your ABS module is not compatible with the TPMS and you'll need undo any other changes you have made. Step 3 enable the TPMS in the Instrument Cluster: Follow the same instructions as above without the security and go into module 17. [17 - Instruments] [Coding - 07] -> Long Coding Helper -> Byte 4 Bit 0 - Change 0 - 1 Or Select Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPMS) installed Select Exit as you did above and choose "Do It!" Now you should have TMPS on Car Menu display. If so you have the possibility to install HHA. To install HHA you have to do some works and buy one 8K1 927 225 C WEP switch ,one 000 979 025 E and two 000 979 009 E repair wires. Pull out the ABS connector and open it, cut in half the 000 979 025 wire so you can have two and insert them in the 8 and 16 pin of the ABS connector. Bring the wires in the abitacle, and with the 000 979 009 terminals go the the 10 and 12 pins of hand brake connector. Attention: ABS pin 8 -> 12 switch ABS pin 16 -> 10 switch Now you have to put half 000 979 009 wire in pin 11 connector and bring it to a +12V, like the cigarette lighter red wire, change the hand brake switch with 8K1 927 225 C WEP, and put back the connector. At this moment You have only to code ABS module: [03 - ABS Brakes]-> Long Coding Helper -> Byte 1 Bit 6 Change 0 - 1 Enjoy wit your new TMPS and HHA functions.
  5. Hello to everyone. I'm Pino from Italy and I want to bring you my experience. On my 2008 A4B8 TDI Avant I've a 1AS ABS pump with part code 8K0 907 379 AQ and according with this beautiful post: http://www.audienthu.../VagComABS.html I tried to activate TPMS. Voila' TPMS is there. Then I buyed a 8K1 927 225 C WEP switch from EBay.de, made the works I found on:http://www.a5oc.com/forums/a5-performance-mods/17356-audi-hill-hold-assist.html and HHA is on my car perfectly working.According to DavidB8 I suggest to the owners of 1AS Pump with these code:8K0 614 517 CN-8K0 907 379 AJ -8K0 614 517 BM-8K0 907 379 T-8K0 614 517 CJ-8K0 907 379 AH - 8K0 614 517 DG-8K0 907 379 AQ, to try to activate TPMS and consequently HHA,I hope this can help. Best Regards to the whole community.
