Problemas tras cambiar SMLS y anillo para volante MF

Muy buenas.

Esta mañana me he liado a cambiar la SMLS y el anillo para el volante MF que ya instale hace un tiempo pero no funcionaba correctamente.

Lo he hecho segun el brico que hay en el foro de un A4. También he pasado airbag de monoetapa a multietapa.

Después de codificar con vagcom, el cuadro me muestra la luz del volante y del esp. Siempre he quitado este error girando el volante a izq y der, después andando un poco en line recta y se quita. Pero esta vez no hay manera de quitar estos errores.

Alguien ha tenido este problema o sabe que puede ser?

Necesitas hacer un ajuste basico del sensor del angulo de dirección y de presión de freno

Special Procedures

 

Steering Limit Stop Adaptation

(Engine still running)

Center steering wheel (±10°) and hold it centered for 5 seconds.

Turn steering wheel completely to the left and hold it there for a second.

Turn steering wheel completely to the right and hold it there for a second.

Center steering wheel (±10°).

Switch OFF engine and ignition.

Switch ON ignition.

Wait 5 seconds.

Steering Assist Warning Lamp should turn OFF. If it doesn't, perform a short test drive.

 

Checking Steering Torque Sensor (G269)

Prerequisites:

Ignition ON

Engine ON (Idle)

System voltage at least 11.0 V.

Field 2: Steering Torque Sensor (G269)

Turn the Steering Wheel multiple times completely to the left and right. The Torque Values should change.

If the Torque Values do change, it's most likely an intermittent Fault in the Wiring/Connectors.

If the Torque Values do NOT change, the Sensor itself or the Power Supply (Terminal 15) might be faulty.

Special Notes

If the 02546 - Steering Limit Stop 005 - No or Incorrect Basic Setting / Adaptation fault will not clear after driving the vehicle and completing the VW Golf (1K) Steering Assist procedure, increase the time in-between key cycles to 30 seconds or more.

 

 

 

Sensor for Steering Angle (G85)

Prerequisites:

Start the vehicle.

Turn the steering wheel one turn to the right and one turn to the left.

Drive in a short distance straight line on a level surface at a speed not higher than 20 km/h.

If the steering wheel is straight during the test drive then stop the vehicle with the wheels pointed straight.

Ensure that the steering wheel is not moved again.

Keep the engine running and do not switch off the ignition.

System voltage at least 12.0 V.

Despues de hacer lo que te he puesto con el vag-com tienes que dar una vuelta con el coche y si pasar de 30 girar completamente la direccion hacia los dos lados y uno 20 metros en linea recta.En la pagina de roosstech tienes tambien la información. Un saludo

¿has probado ha acer un escaner haber si tienes algún error? . Si no tienes errores prueba de nuevo despues de andar un poco con el coche. Un saludo

Da un error del anillo sensor.

Me he acercado a mi mecánico (Bosch Car Service) para ver si podía el con su maquina. Le daba el error del sensor de dirección, no tenía comunicación con el y no le dejaba hacer el ajuste. Dice que habrá un cable cortado. De todas formas me ha dicho que un anillo usado de otro coche no se podía adaptar, pero bueno, he visto gente en el foro que lo ha hecho.

No se, el sábado que tengo un rato libre lo volveré a desmontar a ver si veo algo, si no, me tocara comprar uno nuevo.

Nada!! No hay manera!!!

He puesto un anillo nuevo y sigue el mismo error, "no hay comunicacion con el anillo". Ya pienso que la smls este cascada.

En mi taller, bosch car service, se estubo el chico un monton de rato y no consiguio nada, me dijo que me pasara por una audi, para que me enchufaran ellos su maquina, esta mañana he ido a la Audi, y me han dicho que no les da comunicacion con el anillo, lo mismo. Me ha dicho que revise las conexiones, que a el alguna vez le ha pasado, que al ponerlo se dobla alguna patilla. Lo he desmontado y montado de nuevo y nada, todo ok.

Puede ser que la smls no sea compatible con el anillo???

Los compre juntos por ebay, en un principio eran del mismo coche, pero vete a saber.

la smls mas moderna que acepta tu coche es la 8p0 953 549 F,la K es para modelos 2010-2011,el anillo en cambio es el mismo.esto es lo que tengo entendido.
