Una curiosidad: Has limpiado el caudalimetro entero o solo las paredes del tubo?

Lo he rociado varias veces con LUBRI-LIMP/0® (limpiacontactos de reciduo cero) por donde indica el círculo rojo:

 

 

Desde ese orificio se puede ver el hilo metálico que mide el flujo de aire.

 

La verdad es que he notado apreciablemente el resultado!

Retomando el tema de la famosa unidad de mariposa, y relacionandolo con el también famoso error 17705 "Pressure drop between turbo and throttle valve (check DV)"

he encontrado esto en un foro:

3)carbon buildup in throttle contol module, around throttle blade. this is the most common. vw actually has a tech bulletin out for this fault. i will post at a later time

 

the fix: remove intake from throttle control module, using a good quality throttle body cleaner spray throttle body lightly. turn ign. key on and have someone press acc. pedal to the floor. spray throttle body cleaner on a rag and wipe around top and bottom of throttle body around throttle blade. close throttle(let off acc. pedal) and connect intake hose to thottle control module. erase faults, and perform throttle adaptation.

this is the common fix that i perform in the dealership on a regular basis. if you have any more questions email or post. im more than happy to help. 1.8t s are bad about carbon buildup around the throttle blade. i recommend to clean the throttle blade every 5k mile/every vw recommended oil change.

 

oh yeah try not to spray to much throttle body cleaner into the throttle body itself. damage to throttle control module could occur.
