Hola a todos

 

Para aquellos q no sepan q naries es, se trata de un valvula q se encuentra cerca de la DV...almenos en mi TT.. y es la responsable del movimiento pneumatico del actuador de la wastegate. La wastegate es una valvula interna del turbo q controla la cantidad de gases q paasa atraves del turbo. La Ecu manda señales a la N75 haciendo q esta aumente o reduzca la presion del actuador de la wastegate obteniendo mas o menos presion de turbo.

 

Hay diferentes versiones de N75,os pongo un texto en ingles bastante facil de entender cogido dele 1.8tclub

 

There are four valves that people have tried, ALL of them are Audi/VW OEM parts used in various cars over the years.

 

1. N75 F - This is the STOCK 1.8T VW VALVE. Gentle boost curve but can get choppy once you are chipped.

 

2. N75 H - This is the ECS race valve, they didn't make it they just rip you off by selling it for over $70. Lots of people get overboost with this and go into soft or even hard limp mode. That is VERY bad.... People chipped and with turbobacks seem to have more issues with that happening. However there is a plus side, people with upgraded turbo's like this. No overboost caused since they can handle it.

 

3. N75 C - I don't know much about this one, people tend not to use it though.

 

4. N75 J - This is one that a ton of VW 1.8t people are having lots of luck with. Works well stock mode and unlike the H which has issues once you are all modded out, works very well with chips and turbo back exhaust systems. I only have a chip and this allows me to peak at 20 PSI pretty much every time! VERY SMOOTH BOOST CURVE TOO! I felt like my car was chipped again when I got this part, it is simply amazing how much of a difference it made.

 

 

Keep in mind that *every single car* will respond differently within a certain margin of performance. The J is the most consistant, and for $61 you can't lose. Someone will certainly buy it from you if you don't like it.

 

NOTE: After some other club18t members have "gone J" both in chipped/moded and stock cars the results have been positive across the board. What ya waiting for, go buy one!

 

Asi q hace poco monte o cambie mi n75 original modelo "F" por el modelo "J". Mi coche ha cambiado bastante desde entonces. Sobretodo en la forma de entrga de la presion turbo. Se ha vuelto mucho mas progresivo , seguramente el actuador de la waste se abre con mas retraso y mas lentamente y como conseguencia la entrega es mas dulce. La presion de pico me ha aumentado un par de psi, pero tambien la mantiene un par de segundos mas. Seria realmente interesante ver el dibujo de la curva q produce esta valvula, dicen q suele eliminar posibles iregularidades. La version "H" q es la mas "cañera" q enden enhttp://www.ecstuning.com/stage/n75-info.htmles el modelo "H". Cuidado con esta, porque si llevamos una repro bastante ajustada, puede hacer q la centralita entre en modo Warning. El numero de ref de mi n75 por si alguien le interesa es 034-906-283 J.

Pues mañana piticlin al conce como ademas el carromato se va ha tirar unos dias en el taller arreglando el arañazo del Jarama :rolleyes: y la revision de los 80.000 ............ lo saco como nuevo y me voy pa Barna que llega el downpipe, a la vuelta veremos los resultados en el CDV y habre terminado de preparar el coche :lol::lol:

 

Veremos si llego a los 260, 265 jakos

Entonces....eso quiere decir que en el concesionario tienen diferentes versiones de las piezas.

O es que son de otros modelos de coche, pero tambien valenpara el de uno?

Se lles puede preguntar cuales son las que se pueden mejorar?

Si te las venden en principio se puede hacer no??? :rolleyes: :o

¿A alguien le sobra una N75 que esté en buen estado aunque no sea la J?

 

es por si en la kdd de Madrid me la puedo probar, creo qu ela mía está mal, pero en el conce no tienen ni idea.
